If you have previously attended our NES Optometry conferences you have received a bag at registration: following NES policy we will no longer be issuing these.

Overnight Accommodation Cancellation Terms
Unfortunately, if you request and then cancel your accommodation after 12 noon on 6 September 2018 or do not arrive on the day and the venue are unable to resell your accommodation NES reserves the right to invoice you for the sum of £179.00 to cover the bed and breakfast rate.  We do appreciate that in exceptional circumstances it may not be possible to give us advance notice but we do ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible. Please note the hotel does have 170 parking spaces available however this is based on a first come first served basis.
Reduced Parking Rates - £9.00 for a day delegate and £12 for overnight guests

Conference Cancellation Terms
Please note that there is no charge to attend this event but if you do not give us 5 working days notice that you are unable to attend or if you are a no-show on the day, we reserve the right to invoice you for the cost of your place (£50).  If you cannot attend, it may be acceptable for you to propose someone in your place:  please contact the team, who will negotiate this in consideration of any waiting list.  Contact: events@nes.scot.nhs.uk
