If your travel time is greater than 2 hours, or you live greater than 90 miles from the Hilton Glasgow please email  events@nes.scot.nhs.uk by 12 noon on 6 September 2018 as we may be able to assist with travel / accommodation.

Unfortunately, if you request and then cancel your accommodation after 12 noon on 6 September 2018 or do not arrive on the day and the venue are unable to resell your accommodation NES reserves the right to invoice you for the sum of £179.00 to cover the bed and breakfast rate.  We do appreciate that in exceptional circumstances it may not be possible to give us advance notice but we do ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible.
