Please note that if your name is not on the delegate list, this is because you indicated when registering that you did not wish your details to be included.  If you would like your details included please contact the conference team.

We ask that you bring copies of any relevant material with you on the day as hard copies will not be available.  Should you experience problems accessing the material please contact the conference team.

As per the booking form, there is no charge for this event, however, if you do not give us at least 5 working days notice that that you are unable to attend we reserve the right to invoice you for the sum of £50.00 to cover the cost of your place plus an administrative charge.  However, we do understand that circumstances arise on the day that may be out of your control.  Please note that we do have a waiting list and every effort will be made to reallocate your place.
