This event is aimed at GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians working in General Practice / Primary Care. It will look at a whole range of common long term conditions throughout the day and provide updates and look at new ways of working.

This event has a limited number of FUNDED places available for each professional group.
