NHS Education for Scotland

Susan Mair has worked with NHS Education for Scotland (NES) since 2011. Her entire career has been working with people.  She is passionate about Health and Wellbeing and has focussed on this a since being diagnosed with a serious illness some years ago.  Following this diagnosis, Susan trained as a yoga teacher and has been on a wellbeing journey ever since training in mindfulness and meditation among other things.  She is especially interested in mental health.  Susan is a qualified coach has a background in adult education, HR, and Psychology.
