Pamela Dimberline works as Specialist Lead Digital Health and Care at NHS Education for Scotland.  With over 32 years’ service in public sector health care and social care Pamela is dedicated to creating learning opportunities to improve workforce digital capabilities and leadership skills, an advocate for using simple technology across health and care, and a supporter of share data, digital inclusion and digital participation for all.

Pamela led the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) Qualification Design Team who developed the Professional Development in Technology Enabled Care in partnership with colleagues from health, social care, housing and academia.
