Nicola has been employed with NHS Tayside for 9 years and currently holds the post of Leadership and Management Advisor.  She has gained considerable experience in this specific role during the last five years as she has focussed on building capacity and capability for leaders and managers across NHS Tayside together with design and delivery of quality Leadership and Management training packages and the provision of consultancy support to commission leadership development programmes. 

Over the least two years, Nicola has focussed on developing the Site/Support Services Division within the organisation.  Having negotiated an agreed vision for Site/Support Services staff, Nicola designed and implemented a leadership programme for Site/Support Service supervisors.   Nicola has been influential in assisting staff members tackling the issues all staff encounter within these extremely diverse services.

Nicola is also responsible for the smooth running of our internal Development Centre which undertakes the assessment of numerous psychometric tests including Myers Briggs etc which are open to all NHS Tayside staff.  The results of these tests form the basis on which to construct personal development, team development or recruitment within NHS Tayside.

In 2014, Nicola graduated Leadership and Management Development Degree (Hons).
