NHS Education for Scotland / NHS Forth Valley

Lynne Paterson is a registered nurse with over 30 years of clinical experience within a variety of surgical settings.  Lynne always encouraged learning and development of staff and this prompted a career change to the practice education team, 4 years ago, as a Care Home Education Facilitator within NHS Forth Valley.  Supporting HCSW to develop and realise their potential has always been integral to her nursing roles and something she finds extremely rewarding.

Lynne has recently taken up post as a Practice Educator hosted in NHS Forth Valley and continues to focus on learning and development of staff within practice areas.
