Karen Brazier is the Healthcare Science National Workforce Lead for Healthcare Improvement Scotland.  This purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the Health & Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019.  In this role Karen engages with stakeholders to discuss the legislation and the implications for Healthcare Scientists in Scotland.  In addition to this Karen works as the Technical Service Manager for Clyde Biochemistry, within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
