Trainee Clinical Scientist

Jolene Peddie is a trainee Clinical Scientist at the East of Scotland Regional Genetics Service. Prior to this, Jolene studied Molecular Genetics as an undergrad at the University of Dundee. Then pursuing a career in the NHS, she started her career as a Medical Technical Officer and was then promoted to a Healthcare Science Practitioner before landing her trainee position. During this time, Jolene's main areas of focus have been Sanger and Next Generation sequencing.
