John has been a PR professional for 25 years, in that time covering numerous portfolios in the UK, Australian and Scottish governments. In this time he's worked on everything from road safety campaigns to disaster relief, terrorist incidents to Covid. Over the last decade, he has worked within the NHS, leading a team of events, PR & marketing and design colleagues to promote educational resources and opportunities across health and social care. As a parent and a carer, he also experiences the NHS through those lenses, which helps in thinking about the patient journey.
