Specialist Lead (Employability and Career Development)

Joanne Haddrick joined NES in autumn 2022 as Specialist Lead for Employability & Career Development within the Workforce Directorate. Jo has developed a strong track record delivering projects that positively impact and enable individuals to plan and develop their career and brings a passion for equity of access and building a more diverse workforce to her role.

Partnership and collaboration are at the heart of Jo’s approach and she brings knowledge and experience including managing employability support services, mentoring projects, volunteer development activities, adult & community learning programmes and, more recently, supporting university students to build their employability through curriculum development.
