Joanne Gibson MSc,PGCE, BSc

Joanne has worked in the NHS as a practitioner for 20 years, including her most recent role in NHS Lanarkshire as an Advanced Practitioner in Speech and Language Therapy.  Her passion for education and developing others across the workforce led to experience in the role as AHP Practice Education Lead. Joanne is currently seconded to NHS Education for Scotland as Senior Educator in the AHP Practice Education Team.  Joanne’s specific areas of interest are practice education, facilitating learning and quality improvement approaches. Joanne is passionate about improvement approaches which ensure everyone has a voice in improving and redesigning the way that care is provided.
