Jim Allison, Consultant Clinical Scientist and Service Clinical Director in Clinical Biochemistry.

Trained in Clinical Biochemistry in South Glasgow before taking up a Consultant post in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in 2005.

Since 2006 Jim has been the Association of Clinical Biochemistry Scottish Regional Tutor for Trainees in Clinical Biochemistry and during this time has overseen the training of more than forty trainees.
