Jess Henderson has worked in health for the last 10 years across consulting, private healthcare and the NHS.  She studied Scots Law at the University of Dundee, deciding that she would like to enter a career in health she stepped away from entering a legal traineeship.

Recent roles include working at Imperial College Health Partners in London running systems level transformation programmes aimed at bringing innovative practice into the NHS in a range of fields including neuro-rehabilitation, research and patient flow. Jess has also worked at West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership running programmes in Mental Health and undertaking productivity reviews of care at home services.

Jess has recently started at NHS NSS and is privileged to be leading the ambitious National Laboratories Programme which aims to remodel Laboratory services to meet current and future needs, realising the benefits of the NHS Triple Aim of better care, better health and better value.
