Graham Paxton works in NES as part of the Organisational Development, Leadership & Learning Department, working on the national leadership programmes and supporting the NES workforce. He is passionate about enabling leaders and managers at all levels, and backgrounds, to “be the best they can be” for the people they work with, and the populations they serve.

Graham started his NHS career as a Podiatrist before completing a MBA and moving into a rewarding senior management career before pursuing a growing interest in Organisational Development (OD) which led to his current role in 2015.
