Fiona Webster is an Information Consultant for the Strategic Development team for the Public Health and Intelligence (PHI) strategic business unit in NHS National Services Scotland.  She is leading a team of information experts in PHI and NSS IT to develop a National Laboratories Information and Intelligence Platform.  Working with the National Laboratories Programme and key stakeholders an initial proof of concept was completed in February 2019.

Fiona has 20 years experience working for PHI/ISD to identify requirements and develop solutions that give users the information they need to plan services and monitor outcomes in a number of areas including primary care and mental health.
