Fiona Fraser is Head of Programme, NMHAP with an acute focus. A nurse by registration and critical care background by clinical specialty, Fiona has mixed discipline undergraduate and post graduate educational experience in varied contexts. Clinical skills and simulation alongside remote/at distance and distributed models of engagement including technology enabled considerations are strong features in the acute workstream. This includes:
• Non-medical “oscopies”, perioperative and linked Scottish Trauma Network activity
• Leading the current NES Medical Associate Professions workstream
• Key role in the strategic partnership with NHS Scotland Academy
• Innovation in educational development
