Ewan Miller is a partner within the Thorntons Healthcare team and has a particular interest in Healthcare and Regulatory issues. He has recently completed a 3 year appointment as a Legal Adviser to the Scottish Social Services Council in relation to their Conduct Sub-committees. He also holds a position as a tribunal judge from the Scottish Executive and, as a result, has extensive experience in dealing with regulatory disputes and management within a healthcare setting.
