Elaine Lawther is an experienced NHS manager, having started her career in Glasgow in 1991 which lead to her training as a chartered accountant but made a switch to learning and development in 2006, following her passion for supporting people to be at their best at work.  She loves working with people as much as she loved working with numbers.
