David Mclaughlin is the HCSW Education and Development Lead for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. He started this role in August 2021, exploring options for HCSW education and development within the board.  He is responsible for all nursing and midwifery HCSWs for acute and HSCPs.  David was previously a healthcare support worker on an acute ward and was involved on the HCSW advisory group at NES.
