Christel is involved in the Ninewells Cancer Campaign Precision Cancer research programme. She is also training as a Clinical Scientist in Genomics and Molecular Pathology at the East of Scotland Regional Genetics Service. Prior to this, Christel completed a PhD in biology, followed by several years of research in Molecular Biology in academia and industry.
