Catriona Clarke has been a Clinical Scientist at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh since 2010 and became a Principal Clinical Scientist and Scientific Lead for Biochemistry at St John's Hospital in Livingston in 2018. She holds a PhD in the molecular biology of cancer and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists. Her specialisms have included Antenatal Down's Syndrome Screening, Proteins assays, and Specialist Endocrine assays, including oversight of the insulin and C-peptide assays for more than a decade.
