Charging for Non-Appearance at Events If you have booked a place at this event and do not give us at least 5 working days notice that you are unable to attend we reserve the right to invoice you the sum of £50 to cover the cost of your place plus an administrative charge. If an emergency or other unavoidable situation happened on the day to prevent your attendance, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can take that in to account. If you cannot attend, it is perfectly acceptable for you to send a representative in your place. Please contact medicalconf@nes.scot.nhs.uk
