World Cafe Sessions

DYW - Working Together
This workshop will provide a description of some of the work that the DYW groups engage in and what practical steps can be taken to work together in getting the message out to young people about NHS careers.  The group will be encouraged to discuss local challenges and how these can be taken forward.

Youth Mentorship Training
Mentorship skills are key to the success of any relationship.  This workshop will help you understand how NHS Lothian have engaged with youth groups to learn how best to approach young people and what training they have put in place for their supervisors  / manager / mentors.

Foundation Apprenticeships
With foundation apprenticeship now expected to be offered in every NHS Board, what lessons can be learnt from NHS Grampian about the qualifications, ability to foster greater collaboration and partnership working between education and industry.
