• This is the graduation event for Cohort 8, Health and Social Services Dementia Champions and Cohort 2 Dementia Specialist Improvement Leads.
• Additionally, through poster presentations and concurrent sessions, the event will showcase and celebrate the work of: Alzheimer Scotland Dementia Nurses; AHP Dementia Consultants; previous cohorts of Health and Social Services Dementia Champions, Social Services Dementia Ambassadors and Dementia Specialist Improvement Lead, in bringing about improvements in the care, treatment and support of people with dementia, their families and carers.
