This is the graduation event for Cohort 10, Health and Social Services Dementia Champions and Cohort 3 Dementia Specialist Improvement Leads.

Additionally, through poster presentations and concurrent sessions, the event will showcase and celebrate the work of: Alzheimer Scotland Dementia Nurses; AHP Dementia Consultants; previous cohorts of Health and Social Services Dementia Champions, Social Services Dementia Ambassadors and Dementia Specialist Improvement Leads, in bringing about improvements in the care, treatment and support of people with dementia, their families and carers.
