NHS Education for Scotland invites you to the North regional event for Clinical Healthcare Support Workers working in all health and social care sectors in the North regions, this includes Grampian, Highland, Tayside and Island Board areas.

Further regional events will be taking place later in the year in the East and West regions.  

This event will showcase good examples of practice relevant to HCSW role’s in relation to clinical skills, leadership, service improvement and facilitating learning.

Due to expected high volume of applications to attend this event priority will be given to staff who have not attended any previous HCSW national events and who work at Agenda for Change bands 2 - 4 in the following job families:

• Clinical Healthcare Support Workers (Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions)

What Will You Learn?
We are developing a varied event programme which will include keynote speakers, a variety of workshops, time to network with colleagues, opportunities to learn and reflect on your learning.

By the end of the event you will be more aware of the HCSW learning framework how it relates to your role and you will find out more about the NES HCSW Learning Survey National Report which received responses from over 3,500 individual HCSWs in Scotland.
