This national event is an opportunity for you to discuss what matters to you and how you can make changes which lead to service improvement.
We are developing a varied event programme which will include workshops, time to network with colleagues and opportunities to identify and discuss tools for change.
By the end of the event you will be more aware of your role as leaders and how you can 'do things differently'.
Please note that there is no charge for this event but registration is required. If you have already 'noted your interest' in attending you are still required to register.
You will be notified by Friday 15 December if you have been successful in securing a place. Places will be allocated to ensure a fair distribution of places across health boards, organisations and areas of work.
