NES is delighted to confirm that it will be hosting a Dental Education Conference as part of the wider Scottish Medical Education Conference two day event at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

This meeting will be of interest to all those involved in dental education and training, including trainees, trainers, those working in primary care, secondary care, Universities, Deaneries and Royal Colleges.

The meeting will include sessions on the following topics:-
- Human factors in dentistry
- Professionalism
- Reflective practice
- Mindfulness

In addition, there will be an opportunity to submit poster presentations - further details to follow

There will be a number of parallel conferences hosted by other health professional groups and an opportunity for joint sessions highlighting interprofessional learning.

The meeting is sponsored by NHS Education for Scotland, and there will be no charge for participation.
